Welcome to FilBrit Training Centre. Your use of FilBrit Training Centre services is subject to these conditions. FilBrit Training Centre currently provides users with access to online resources, including information regarding FilBrit Training Centre products, support services, and a system for purchasing FilBrit Training Centre products. All items purchased form FilBrit Training Centre are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and the title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Applicable law

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to FilBrit Training Centre shall be submitted to confidential arbitration UAE, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate FilBrit Training Centre’s intellectual property rights, FilBrit Training Centre may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any emirates or federal court in UAE, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the UAE Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Remedies for Breach of Terms of Service by You

In the event that FilBrit Training Centre determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of these Terms of Service, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct inappropriate for the community of the website, FilBrit Training Centre reserves the right to (i) warn you via e-mail that you have violated these Terms of Service; (ii) delete any content provided by you or your agent(s) to the website, (iii) delete all content provided by you to the website, (iv) discontinue your registration with the website and/or any other FilBrit Training Centre community; (v) notify and/or send content to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or (vi) any other action which FilBrit Training Centre deems to be appropriate.

Miscellaneous

In the event that any provision of the Terms of Service conflicts with the law under which the Terms of Service are to be construed or if any such provisions are held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to the Terms of Service, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect. FilBrit Training Centre may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service and upon such assignment FilBrit Training Centre may be relieved of any further obligation hereunder. You represent to FilBrit Training Centre that you have the authority to register with FilBrit Training Centre according to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service and any Additional Terms (as such terms shall be identified when posted on FilBrit Training Centre by FilBrit Training Centre) constitute the entire understanding between the parties as to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Any legally unenforceable provision of these Terms of Service will, at the election of FilBrit Training Centre, be deleted or modified to correct the defect and, regardless, the remainder of the terms of these Terms of Service will remain valid and enforceable.
