Chairman / Co-Founder
I’ve been involved in education in KG, Primary, Secondary, Special and University over the last years. I’ve also been able to travel to many different countries and visited many brilliant schools. I just love teaching: doesn’t matter the age or the stage of the learner. In fact, I believe very strongly that teachers and students need to show respect for one another – then everything else will follow. In life, I am passionate about many things: my family, my staff, Welsh rugby, David Bowie and travelling the world – for sure in my heart, I am still 21 years old and that’s how I plan to carry on.
CEO / Co-Founder
I’ve been working in the educational, medical fields and HR management all my life. FilBrit is my passion and I know that by keeping the family feeling, even as we’ve grown bigger, we all benefit – students, parents, staff and me. I also love many things, especially my family, being with people with different cultures and beliefs, learning new things from other and sharing my fashion sense! I strongly believe that a good way to become a good student is to model yourself on someone you would like to be.
SEND Head
I am BS Psychology major and a licensed professional teacher. I’ve been working both in the academe and corporate world for over 18 years. I have taught children and adults and some with special needs. I’m an experienced behavioural therapist working with children on the spectrum.
Management Head
I’m a Mass Communication graduate with over 15 years of experience in TV, events, advertising, and entertainment. Alongside my professional endeavors, I proudly serve as a Technical Sergeant in the Philippine Marines Reserve Force, refining my leadership and organizational skills. With a keen eye for detail, I specialize in orchestrating diverse events and handling various personalities. My extensive experience and dedication to service equip me to handle any challenge with ease, while my approachable nature ensures that people feel heard and appreciated.

I completed a degree program in Business administration. I’m also well equipped with the knowledge, skills and mindset to succeed in a wide range of roles within the business and entrepreneur ventures. Having a versatile skill set and talents makes me a valuable assets in today’s competitive business landscape.
Admin Head
I hold a bachelor’s degree in BSBA Marketing Management, and I’ve worked in this field relaying information to clients with dedication and enthusiasm. As I represent the administration team, I’m committed to meeting our clients’ needs while also developing the talents of our young stars as I share my passion and love for music with my students.
Sales Head
I graduated with a BS in Criminology from Cebu, Philippines. Despite not working in the Philippines, I gained all my knowledge at Filbrit. I’ve been with Filbrit since 2018, working as a Sales Representative. Communicating with clients has boosted my confidence, and I excel in managing business inquiries and interactions.
Head of IT
I’m a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for web content and graphics. I enjoy creating visually appealing and technically sound content, encompassing SEO and design principles. A lifelong learner at heart, I also see myself as an artist. In my free time, I unwind by binge-watching movie series, reading books, listening to indie music, and creating doodles. I was previously a member of a digital mass media group and a seminarian at the San Agustin Center of Studies Institute Seminary.
AUH Branch Head
As a professional and licensed English Language teacher for 12 years now, I am driven by the principle that learners learn best when they are fully engaged in various practical, innovative, constructive, thematic, value-laden, student-centred, and collaborative learning opportunities. I believe that it is essential to scaffold these opportunities – moving from simple to complex ones. Further, I always consider the learners’ readiness to tackle developmental tasks in the acquisition process. My exposure to different grade levels and various age groups allowed me to adapt flexibly in physical and virtual classroom situations with learners of diverse personalities and cultural affiliations. Hi, I am Arlene Jaculba. A Licenced Professional Teacher and Master of Arts in Educational Administration graduate from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. I’ve been teaching for a decade in the Philippines and 6 years in the United Arab Emirates. Teaching has always been my passion, as it reveals my inner desire to help students by imparting my knowledge to them and shaping their young minds and the minds of others.

I am a licensed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education teacher with 21 years of teaching experience in the Philippines. My ultimate goal is to make learning enjoyable for my students while ensuring that they are acquiring knowledge and developing skills.

I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Information Technology and Diploma in Teaching Secondary. Also, I am License Professional Teacher with 14 years’ experience in primary level. Having the long-term goal of a teacher, I believe you should be resilient, determined, courteous, self-disciplined and passionate. My work experience allowed me to experience life in a primary school setting from a teacher’s perspective. I enjoyed the way that every day is different and that each child is unique.

Teaching-learning helps the learners achieve new and functional knowledge and skills which shape them to be responsible individuals, give them opportunities to discover themselves and their potential and prepare them to face the real world. I’ve been teaching for more than five years now, and my teaching experiences with different grade levels and age groups as an ESL teacher and tutor made me who I am today. The best thing in teaching is knowing that my students are happy and noticing that they are learning something about themselves, from me, and their classmates. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Music major in Music Education, with emphasis on Vocal Performance, from the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of renowned Filipino tenor Ronan Ferrer, and a licensed professional teacher. I have been working in the academe world for almost a decade. A “servant of the performing arts” since nine years old, I have been performing both as a soloist and a member of various vocal and instrumental ensembles. I am an experienced music educator, working with both children and adults.

I believe in God’s calling and purpose for each individual. Having worked in the education industry in PH for 20 plus years (Accounts and Payroll/HR Dept.), I thought that would be it. But, when I resigned and left PH for UAE, lo and behold, all roads led me to Filbrit- to this amazing traning centre. To this day, as my second year in ths family-oriented organization quickly rolls, I have nothing, but gratefulness for this opportunity entrusted to me- assisting the students in the BD Programme, and a bit of helping as well in the short courses clients- seeing that they are welcome and comfortable each time they visit the centre.
